An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you activate a mobile plan without using a physical SIM card.

How does rovero eSIM work?

You choose a destination and plan, pay securely, then install the profile with a QR code. Data connects through local partner networks.

Why should I use an eSIM instead of roaming?

eSIM plans are often more affordable and easier to activate than international roaming.

Is my phone compatible with eSIM?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel devices.

Can I use rovero eSIM with my current SIM card?

Yes. You can keep your main SIM active for calls and messages while using rovero eSIM for data.

When should I install my eSIM?

You can install it before traveling and activate it when you arrive.

Do I need Wi-Fi to install the eSIM?

Yes. You need an internet connection to download and install the eSIM profile.

How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, you’ll receive a QR code and setup instructions by email.

When does my data plan start?

It depends on the plan. Many start when you first connect to a supported network at your destination—check your plan details at checkout.

Can I top up my eSIM later?

If top-ups are available for your plan, you can purchase additional data when needed.

Does my plan support hotspot?

Many plans allow tethering; availability can vary by destination and network. See your plan’s description before you travel.

Does rovero eSIM include a phone number?

No. rovero eSIM plans are data-only and do not include a phone number for calls or SMS.

Can I make calls or send texts with rovero eSIM?

What should I do if my eSIM is not working?

Make sure your device is eSIM-compatible, your eSIM is installed correctly, and data roaming is enabled for the eSIM line.

Can I reinstall my eSIM?

Some eSIMs can only be installed once, so it’s best to follow setup instructions carefully.
